A family business

The 150 hectares Tenuta di Caiolo farm is divided into two separate holdings: the estate’s vineyards and wheat fields are situated to the north of the charming medieval hill town of Panicale, while our olive groves, farmhouses and other accommodation facilities, the restaurant and the swimming pool are on the Caiolo hillside to the south.

Federico

Chef Federico Vannucchi was born in Florence in 1973 from 4 generations of restaurateurs.
Owner of a restaurant in the province of Venice, owner in 99 of a restaurant in Brazil in 2001 in Argentina, in 2007 in Barcelona and in 2015 in Bangkok. Specialized in meat and more. Graduated in agricultural techniques, he then completed a training course with various masters led by chef Scaggianti, winning the first certificate in 2010 and the second in 2011.
