Cuisine of Quality and Tradition

The recipes, which are the result of our cooking vision, come from the typical dishes of Umbrian tradition, using raw materials from our own cultivations or from selected local companies. The baked goods and pasta are prepared by us using flour from our own wheat. Our vineyards provide us with wine from our cellar and the oil comes from our olive groves. The main ingredient, however, is the love and care we put into the preparation of our dishes.
