A place far removed from the hustle and bustle of modern life, where you can immerse yourself in nature with all your senses. Traditional Umbrian cuisine made with ingredients sourced from our own fields, our woods and a short supply chain of local farmers and growers.
Flour, oil, vegetables, wine, jams, and eggs from our own production, along with mushrooms, truffles, and asparagus, are carefully selected by our Chef. Every dish is prepared with passion, as if to revive the flavors and emotions of the banquets organized by our grandparents.
