AGEING: About 12 months in French oak barriques located in the historic cellars of the sixteenth-century palace of the Duke of Corgna in Città della Pieve.
BOTTLING: starting from February of the two years following the harvest.
AGING: 7 months in the bottle.
AVERAGE ANNUAL PRODUCTION: about 20 thousand bottles.
